Downloadable and On-Demand Products
In most cases, we do not offer refunds on “downloadable” or “On-Demand” instant-access products. Since these products are instant-access, there is no way to ensure that the product was not downloaded.
Live Events
While we do not offer refunds for live events in most cases, we will offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- If an event date must be moved, you will be given the option of a refund, exchange for another event, or the option to simply attend the new date. Please request your refund or exchange within 7 days of notification of event change.
Clinician Course
While we do not offer refunds for our Clinician course in normal circumstances, we do acknowledge there may be scenarios that warrant an exception. However, in this case, refunds can only be given before the “Final Exam” has been completed. Refunded courses will not be eligible for a Misophonia Provider Network listing.
Exceptions
If your downloadable, class, or on-demand product does not meet your expectations, or you have been unable to access the product for technical reasons, please reach out to shaylynn@misophoniaeducation.com with the following information:
- Your purchase email address or screenshot of receipt
- A screenshot of the problem (ie. your screen showing your lack of ability to access the product)
Every attempt will be made to help you access your purchased product. If this is not possible, a full refund will be offered via your original payment option.
