PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS IS THE SAME AS PRIOR PARENT’S RRR CLASSES.
This class provides an accessible way to learn the basics of coping with misophonia and is a comprehensive coping skills approach designed for parents to use with their children and teens as well as clinicians working with parents of children with misophonia.
We do not sell individual classes. This class is only available as a complete package as both classes are connected. If you cannot attend a session live, there will be video provided that you can watch at your leisure. Videos will also be available to review for 30 days after attendance through zoom recordings. These will be available in your account.
Dr. Jennifer Brout explains why she created the RRR classes:
I built this class because so many people were contacting me and wanting to know my approach for coping skills and I was thinking of a way to make it more affordable for parents [and clinicians] than recurring counselling sessions because parents helping their children have so much power to help their child cope, especially since there are so few providers for misophonia coping skills.”
This class comes with a free PDF copy of Regulate Reason Reassure: A Parent’s Guide to Understanding and Managing Misophonia. Your PDF will always be available on your account through downloads This event also comes with a copy of the powerpoint presentation, and a downloadable version of all worksheets that you can print as many times as you need!
This is a 2 part class that are 1hr 45 minutes to 2 hours each. Both classes will be recorded and have a 30 minute question period included. If you cannot attend live, you are welcome to watch the video and email with follow-up questions.
